Synopsis by Hal Erickson

This Argentine maritime melodrama stars juvenile actor Tito Alonso as a cabin boy, working on the sailing ship captained by his own father (Francisco Petrone). Treated like dirt by his cruel parent, who believes that the boy is the result of his late wife's clandestine affairs, Alonso takes the punishment in stride. During a raging storm at sea, the boy comports himself with conspicuous courage, proving beyond all doubt that he is truly his father's son. Throughout Aguila Blanca, the adult cast is handily out-acted by the child performers, including the aforementioned Tito Alonso and Marianna Marti. The film's English-language title was White Eagle.
