Synopsis by Cammila Collar
This spin-off of Bubblegum Crisis is a prequel to that series and takes place six years before the formation of the Knight Sabers. The bio-engineered humanoid creatures known as Boomers are a relatively new advancement, and this kind of artificial intelligence is far from perfect. Crimes perpetrated in MegaTokyo by rogue Boomers are put in the hands of the Advanced Police, also known as the AD Police. This special task force wields an amazingly large amount of power, frequently destroying private and public property in the process of getting the job done and, as a result, the AD Police aren't very popular among citizens. The series follows Leon McNichol, a rookie to the team, as he adjusts to the harsh reality of life on the AD Police Force. It's a tough job, and he might not be the guy to do it.
