Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
This obscure silent Western starred the even more obscure Rex Ballard as a trail guide leading a party of settlers across the Rockies. Produced by an outfit calling itself G&L Photoplay Company, the film benefitted from a fine supporting cast that included early silent screen vamp Rosemary Theby and well-known character actor Ralph McCullough as the villain. Ballard's only other film appearance seems to have been in a villainous supporting role in a crime drama called Phantom Justice (1924), which starred Rod La Rocque.
