For two years, wildlife filmmaker Jim Dutcher and mountain lion expert Dr. Morris Hornocker tracked a cougar and her offspring in the Rocky Mountains. Their collaborative work allows viewers to see how a mother lion nurtures and trains her cubs so they'll one day be able to fend for themselves in the wild. Actor Richard Kiley narrates as striking footage shows the cougars hunting for food, playfully interacting, and taking in vistas often only seen by wild animals.
