This brutal drama finds a town bully undergoing a spiritual transformation after he is beaten and nursed back to health by a concerned woman. After he becomes a priest, he is visited by a gang of bandits who remember the priest from his days as a vicious tyrant. When the leader of the bandits takes hostages and holes up in the church, the priest tries to rescue the victims and convert the outlaws.
