Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Despite some last-minute "dirty tricks" perpetrated by his opponent (Larry Linville), Byron Douglas III (Joe Morton) wins the senatorial election. Whitley (Jasmine Guy), of course, is delighted--but not nearly as delighted as when Byron asks her to marry him. Elsewhere, Freddie (Cree Summer) and Ron (Darryl M. Bell) are pressed into service as emergency obstetricians when Jaleesa (Dawnn Lewis) suddenly goes into labor.
