This amateur, verbose lecture on revolutionary principles and actions, and whoever the "people" may be, leans a little too heavily on the didactic side for most audiences. Director Luis Galvao-Teles has stitched together a series of symbolic or sexual or discursive episodes that generally point to the military as the culprits behind many of the injustices in the world. Even viewers who sympathize with an anti-militaristic stance may still find this film hard-going.
