Synopsis
A has-been action star (Burt Reynolds) goes from bad films to Bard classics in this engaging fish-out-of-water laughfest. When Reynolds' shifty agent can't score him any roles, he lands him a job playing King Lear for a local theater group in England. Reynolds is excellent as a pompous, spoiled performer who learns to reconnect with his roots. Samantha Bond, Imelda Staunton, Derek Jacobi. Directed by Andy Cadiff.
