Synopsis by Cammila Collar

This documentary tells the harrowing story of three Mexican fishermen, who became lost, adrift at sea, and were not found for nine months and nine days, when they were finally discovered more than 5000 miles from home, near the Marshall Islands. The fishermen survived by eating raw fish and maintaining a steadfast faith in God - a story that made its way to the media, and led to a Christian book editor signing the men to a million dollar contract for their story. Soon, the three found themselves adrift in a different sea, that of commercialism, media scrutiny, and greed.
