Illinois native Tamara Braun is perhaps best known for the role of Carly Corinthos on the soap opera General Hospital, which she played from 2001 to 2005. A hit with viewers, Braun continued playing to the same audience, taking on the role of Ava Vitali on Days of Our Lives in 2008, and Reese Williams on All My Children from 2008 to 2009. Braun has also made guest appearances on shows like House and 7th Heaven.
