Singer/actor Jack Danon started his long career in radio singing on such shows as Fibber McGee and Molly, and then graduated to television and the stage. His only film credit is a tiny role in Steven Spielberg's 1979 comedy 1941. His early television credits include Studio One, Philco Theater, and Motorola Playhouse. Years later, Danon appeared on a few daytime serials such as The Young and the Restless. He also performed on such prime time dramas as The Outer Limits, Medical Center, and Hallmark Hall of Fame. Danon died of lung cancer and emphysema in Burbank, CA, on August 12, 1996.
