Biography by AllMovie

Active from the early 1920s, American screenwriter Bradley King contributed to such major productions as the first filmization of O'Neill's Anna Christie and the Lon Chaney vehicle Mockery. In the early-talkie era, King worked for MGM (Son of the Gods) and Fox (East Lynne, Hoopla). He was among the screenwriters required to cook up an acceptable ending for Universal's adaptation of Charles Dickens's unfinished novel Mystery of Edwin Drood. After a lengthy absence from films, Bradley King returned to co-write the "A"-budgeted Republic comedy That's My Man (1946).
