In this flawed thriller with a complex storyline and uneven pacing, a minister of industrial development is caught in a bind: a factory in his local district is leaking toxic chemicals, and his secretary tells him that his wife has been meeting with a former member of the military junta -- which might mean that some violent demonstrations could be in the planning stages against the factory. When he sets out to settle the factory dispute, it is too late -- lines have been drawn and Secret Service agents are already involved -- violence certainly seems to be just over the horizon.
