Synopsis by Rose of Sharon Winter
This documentary bears the unique touch of experimental filmmaker Stephen R. Roszell, who uses his skills to capture a colorful Kentucky family in images and sound. In soft accents of the South, the family recounts an experience with a family friend who was suffering from mental illness. The story, as well as their insights, told in their own inimitable way, is a thing of ephemeral and elusive beauty, like writing in water.
