After his priest brother is killed in a suspicious hit-and-run accident, undercover agent Vinnie Terranova (Ken Wahl) rejoins the OCB in hopes of punishing those he holds responsible for his brother's death--namely, the members of Pilgrims of Progress, a neo-Nazi group headed by Knox Pooley (Fred Dalton Thompson). Sadly, one of Vinnie's oldest friends, Ritchie Stram (Tim Guinee), is attracted to the Pilgrims of Progress. Thus, Vinnie's job becomes twofold: To destroy the hate group, and convince Ritchie that he's going down the wrong path.
