Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Undercover agent Michael Santana (Steven Bauer) continues to amass evidence against criminal mastermind Amano Guzman (Maximillian Schell). In this capacity, Santana is given the "inside scoop" on Guzman's money-laundering operation. As Santana's OCB boss McPike (Jonathan Banks) prepares to topple Guzman's empire, a few unexpected perils arise from a few hitherto undetected corners.
