Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Now that Shakala Records has been bought out by Winston Newquay (Tim Curry), Vinnie (Ken Wahl) is able to keep tabs on Newquay's criminal activities from the inside. Meanwhile, Newquay's power-hungry sister Claudia (Deidre Hall) enters into an alliance with singer Eddie Tempest (Billy Wirth)--with tragic consequences for them both. And Amber (Patty D'Arbanville) promises an immunity deal for her husband Isaac Twine (Paul Winfield) if he will help get the goods on Newquay for the OCB.
