One thing was certain in a Richard Talmadge film -- he used no doubles. That's because he was a stuntman himself (his most famous client was none other than Douglas Fairbanks). Wildcat Jordan (Talmadge) is sent to town to sell his family's ranch. Roger Gale (Harry Von Meter) believes that he can intimidate Jordan into lowering his terms. He introduces Jordan to Sylvia Grant (Eugenia Gilbert) and then stages a kidnapping. Events draw our hero to a deserted house where Gale and his compatriots have staged a ghostly "Aztec" initiation for him. It doesn't take very long for Jordan to figure out who all these "ghosts" really are. He rescues Sylvia and then proceeds to show Gale's crew what adventure really means. After that it's a simple process to close the deal and win Sylvia's hand.
