A thirty year old self-made millionaire finds his charmed life suddenly cursed when he loses his fortune and his gold-digging fianceé overnight, and finds himself forced to move back with his family in the 'hood. Trump thought he had it all before discovering just how far he could fall. Now that he's bankrupt, the man who once lived in a mansion prepares to share a cramped living space with his parents and his goofy grandfather. Not only that, but his annoying neighbor Malika is all grown up, and still as contentious as ever. Despite the fact that Trump and Malika can't seem to agree on anything, a tenuous friendship begins to develop between the mismatched pair as Malika does her best to help Trump win back his wayward fiancée. A softball game, a fish fry, a charity bachelor auction, and a fashion show later, the dejected Trump begins to realize that the girl of his dreams may have lived next door all along.
