Synopsis by Nathan Southern
With sound stylings that recalled The Dells, The O'Jays, The Temptations and a host of other smash r&b acts, The Whispers (Walter and Wallace Scott; Marcus Hutson, Nicholas Caldwell and - in the early years - Gordy Harmon) debuted in the late 1960s and swept up a substantial fanbase over the following decades with such hits as "Rock Steady" and "Seems Like I Gotta Do Wrong." That group headlines the concert film Whispers: Live From Las Vegas, with an exclusive live set performed before an audience in the heart of Glitter Gulch.
