This Lifetime instructional series used reenactments to show Mr. and Mrs. Viewer the proper methods of dealing with emergencies and the unexpected. Among the crises dramatized and (presumably) solved were freak accidents, natural disasters, muggings, carjackings, and kidnappings. Each segment boasted a different host: Candice DeLong handled the "crime" advice, Charles Ingram covered "survival," and Dr. Winnie King emceed the "medical" vignettes.
