synopsis
Ignoring Josef Stalin's systematic decimation of the Ukranian population, the Russia Guerilla Brigade preaches a sermon of solidarity. The film is set during the 1919 civil war. Just when the "wrong" side seems poised to win, the Ukranians cast their lot with the valiant Communist forces. The fact that the political ideology in this admittedly well-made war epic is now questionable at best may be the reason that we don't see much of Guerilla Brigade anymore. The film has also been released as Riders.
