A cynic attempts to rescue his brother from a Haitian mental asylum, and incurs the vengeful wrath of a malevolent voodoo spirit that thrives on blood and human suffering. Aiden Chase has wrestled with guilt his entire life. But now his brother has disappeared, and Aiden has tracked him to a secluded psychiatric hospital in Haiti. Meanwhile, by the time Aiden arrives at the hospital, the staff and inmates have all fallen under the spell of a dark and powerful entity. Not even the hospital administrator (Danny Trejo) can resist falling prey to the dark specter. Now, unless Aiden can find his brother quickly, they, too will fall victim to the mysterious force that dwells in these darkened walls.
