Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this feature concerning the joys and travails of teenagers, one boy complains that his father's wartime heroism and status of being in high political favor is overshadowing his own accomplishments. Those looking for light, relatively escapist drama will find it here, though the film's portentous manner of telling the students' stories, complete with narration by an "older but wiser" graduate, may put some viewers off initially.
