Synopsis by Alice Day
There aren't many places in the world where a traveler can participate in unique activities such as those offered on the Hawaiian Islands. Volcanic activity formed the island chain, and continues to change the surface. In Video Visits: Hawaii -- Paradise Found, viewers can see the lava fields, and watch the adventurous climb up the slopes of Haleakala in Haleakala National Park. The film presents scenery from several locations, including Kauai, Paia, Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. A dramatic history lesson awaits at Pearl Harbor, where a memorial has been built to honor the men killed on the U.S.S. Arizona.
