In the original Video Violence...When Renting is Not Enough, a bunch of slasher-film freaks began shooting their own movies, with real killings and buckets of blood abounding. Video Violence, Part 2...The Exploitation takes this premise to the next logical plateau. Two basket cases (Bart Sumner and Lee Miller) somehow manage to set up their own cable-TV service. To satisfy their nutzoid fans, the boys invite guests on their programs, then dice and slice the visitors in as messy a manner as traffic will allow. Gee...what do they do during "sweeps week?"
