Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
A beagle named Ozzy is sent to a canine spa called Blue Creek while his owners take a trip to Japan, but soon discovers that the seemingly idyllic retreat is really a prison for dogs. In time, he and the other inmates hatch an escape plan.
