Synopsis by Joshua Kochis
Addie Moore (Jane Fonda) and Louis Waters (Robert Redford) are neighbors who were both widowed years ago. When Addie reaches out to Louis in an attempt to quell her sense of loneliness, their platonic relationship soon develops into romance as the two find solace in the companionship of old age. Based on the novel by Kent Haruf, Our Souls at Night was directed by Ritesh Batra (The Lunchbox).
