Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
Doug "The Thug" Glatt (Seann William Scott), a longtime enforcer for the minor-league hockey team the Halifax Highlanders, plans to retire to become an insurance salesman after an injury-filled career. But when he learns that a pro lockout has sent his old rival (Wyatt Russell) back to the Highlanders, he decides to return for some more old-time hockey. Alison Pill, Marc-André Grondin, Callum Keith Rennie, Jason Jones, Jay Baruchel, Elisha Cuthbert, Kim Coates, and Liev Schreiber co-star in this sports-comedy sequel, which was co-written and directed by Baruchel.
