Adam Deacon, star of Kidulthood and Adulthood, trains his satirical sights on youth culture in contemporary Britain as director and star of this colorful comedy about a wannabe gangsta on a mission to become a respected hip-hop star. Convinced that he's on the verge of breaking big, Kenneth (Deacon) quits his job at a local supermarket, and directs all of his energy (Deacon) quits his job at the supermarket, and directs all of his energy into selling weed. But when Kenneth's shady business endeavor lands him on the wrong side of local thug Tyrone, the fast track to stardom starts to look more like an urban obstacle course filled with fatal hazards.
