Extracted from the blood-soaked Barcelona apartment building that has been quarantined due to a demonic outbreak, terrified young reporter Ángela Vidal (Manuela Velasco) awakens on a massive ocean freighter adrift at sea, and finds that her nightmare is far from over in the final chapter of the popular Spanish horror series. Although at first it appears that the baleful plague has been contained, the secretive scientists aboard this ship have been meddling where they shouldn't be, and now no one is safe. Once again, the infection is spreading, and with nowhere to run, Ángela prepares to take her last stand.
