Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
Character actor Troy Curvey directs this comedy about a pair of college girls who come up with a unique scheme to pay their tuition bills. A mind may be a terrible thing to waste, but a college education is awfully costly, so the ladies head to Vegas and scam their way to big bucks at the billiard table.
