Five independent, colorful women accustomed to the spotlight are brought together to celebrate an exhibition dedicated to "Women in the 1930s" in Berlin. One of the five is Lotti Huber (a Jewess dancer who ran a club in Cyprus) and has invited the other four to stay at her place in Berlin for the festivities. Each of the five has a vignette meant to showcase her talents, and when all five get together for various scenes, the results are hilarious. Marie Christina Leven is another dancer who plays the straight-woman here, Inka Kohler gets into a heated discussion on intimacy with Madlen Lorei, a lesbian, and Luzi Kryn, has a hard time with anything involving water.
