Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Unguarded Girls was what might now be termed a "sexploitationer." Actually, the film stops short of actual copulation, but very little else is left to the imagination. A young woman, neglected by her parents and inadequately educated in matters concerning the birds and bees, is dragooned into white slavery by a slick scoundrel. The story comes to a startling conclusion at a speakeasy, where the unfortunate heroine comes face to face with someone very near and dear to her. As was often the case with films of this ilk, Unguarded Girls was road-shown in tandem with a live lecture on sex education, complete with pamphlets, thereby qualifying the picture as an "educational" endeavor.
