Synopsis by Robert Firsching
Giorgio Mariuzzo directed this sexy, bloody Italian variation on Soldier Blue (1970) under the pseudonym "George McRoots." Pier Luigi Conti (a.k.a. Al Cliver) stars as Tommy, an innocent cavalry officer who falls in love with a beautiful Apache woman (Yara Kewa) after rescuing her from a nasty gun smuggler named Honest Jeremy (Corrado Olmi). When Jeremy and his gang find Tommy, gruesome violence ensues. By the mid-1970s, the once-powerful draw of the spaghetti western was fading, leading to increasingly violent and erotic elements being added to the standard formula. Mariuzzo and softcore filmmaker Antonio Raccioppi co-wrote this typical example, which also features Federico Boido (a.k.a. Rick Boyd) and Roque Oppedisano.
