Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
This heartwarming children's tale concerns a boy and his dog. The two run away from home when his father says he must get rid of the canine companion. They travel to the sea, where the young boy marvels at sights he has never seen before, and tag along with some wealthy lads on a boat until the group becomes shipwrecked on a desert island. The island is inhabited by three men who have broken out of jail. One of the convicts has a heart of gold and befriends the young boy. The boy, his dog and their newfound friend make plans to return to the mainland in this family oriented film.
