Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Late 1910s child star Baby Marie Osborne had competition from not one, but a pair of little girls: sisters Jane Lee and Katherine Lee, sometimes known as "the Fox Baby Grands." The Fox studios made a number of features starring the duo, most often with Kenean Buel as director. The plots were pretty much interchangeable; little Jane and Katherine spend the better part of five reels getting in and out of trouble and somewhere along the way, some terrible, grown-up problem is solved, either with or without their help. The title of this picture just tells it like it is, Jane and Katherine are the children of Mrs. Lehr, a young widow (Lillian Concord). The girls spend most of their time driving their mother up a wall until something far more serious distracts her -- her brother, Daniel Whitcomb (Richard Turner), is accused of murdering Job Jenkins (Robert Vivian). Whitcomb is convicted and sentenced to die, but Jane and Katherine manage to solve the crime when no one else could and save their uncle.
