Synopsis by Mark Deming

As country music got smooth in the 1990s with the likes of Garth Brooks and Shania Twain dominating the charts, Travis Tritt proved there was still room in Nashville for a rough and rowdy outlaw, and he produced some of the most high-attitude country hits of the decade. Travis Tritt: Ten Feet Tall and Bulletproof collects a handful of Tritt's best music videos, including "T-R-O-U-B-L-E," "Take It Easy" (featuring members of the Eagles), and the title song; the video also features interview segments in which Tritt discusses his music, his career, and the current state of country music.
