On this British game show aimed at young children, two teams of contestants were whisked off to an exotic vacation spot, in the manner of the adult-oriented Passport. After playing a series of games with such bizarre rounds as "Sausage and Mash," the team with the most number of points was permitted to finish its luxury vacation, while the losers were flown back to England. Created by Trish Kinane and Stephen Leahy, Travel Bug made its first BBC appearance in 1997.
