Synopsis by Mark Deming

In this psychological thriller, James Brolin plays David, the head of a large corporation who goes on a winter retreat with his wife Claire (played by Kelly LeBrock) in tow. One of the underlings in the company, Patrick (Wolf Larson), desperately wants David out of the way; in a fit of rage, he snaps and kidnaps Claire, torturing her until David can come to her rescue.
