Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
This animated feature stars the French cartoon hero "Tintin," a cheerful can-do young man who travels around the world with his dog and a gruff old sailor. In this story, Tintin and his friends, including an inventor, are experimenting on the lake with a small submarine when an evil super-crook and his gang, working from underneath the lake, kidnap two children from the local village. Using his friend's inventions, and his own good sense and courage, he rescues the two and puts and end to the schemes of the crooks.
