synopsis
In this martial-arts actioner, a serial killer escapes from custody in New York City and disappears into San Francisco's Chinatown with NYPD detectives Richards and Masterson in hot pursuit. Once in Chinatown, the killer Chong hooks up with his crime-lord brother. Together, the two villains capture the detectives.
