Synopsis by Michael Hastings
Hulk Hogan must defend his family against thugs in this nautical thriller co-starring former Cover Girl model Carol Alt. The "thunder" of the title isn't only a reference to the vengeance Hogan inflicts upon the bad guys; it's also the name of his prized speedboat, which he must sacrifice at the outset of the adventure.
