Synopsis by Jonathan Crow

Clarence Fok Yiu-leung spins this wild and woolly action comedy released during the busy Chinese New Year season. The film opens with notorious mainland mobster Mao Yiu-tung (Roy Cheung Yiu-yuen) narrowly and violently escaping a surprise police raid on his Hong Kong headquarters. After sneaking over the border into China, he regroups and recruits a number of local yokels for what he is touting as a massive heist operation. After smuggling the group back over to Hong Kong, he puts the mainlanders through a grueling workout regime run by perky instructor Jenny (Chingmy Yau Suk-ching). Of course, the supposed robbery is little, but a diversion for Mao's real plan -- to abduct a local politician and to kill the cops responsible for the raid on his headquarters.
