After the events of The Slayers Next, the magical barrier that once surrounded the land is gone, and Lina has set sail for the new world in search of wealth, adventure, and of course, food! Her trip turns out to be far from a holiday, as the Golden Dragon princess Filia has contracted Lina, Gourry, Zel, and Amelia to prevent a terrible prophecy from coming true and now it looks like the group is tasked with saving the world once again.
