synopsis
After a barroom brawl, former bull-riding champ Smokey is sentenced to community service at a ranch camp for underprivileged kids. Young, terminally ill Danny recognizes the ex-champ and asks him for training to get into a rodeo. Smokey soon realizes that his problems are not nearly as tough as Danny's.
