synopsis
A brilliant telepath attempts to help a group of gifted children hone their psychic abilities, but experiences a crisis of conscience after the kids use their powers to seek revenge against the criminals who attacked them in Central Park. Now, he must choose between joining them, or putting an end to their terrifying urban rampage.
