The Phoenix Team has the "feel" of a TV pilot film. This Canadian actioner stars Don Francks and Elizabeth Sheperd as secret agents. Though they try to keep a professional distance, Francks and Shepard fall in love all the same. Their emotional bonds seriously jeopardize their mission and their lives. As indicated by the title, the two protagonists are part of an elite espionage team which always seems to bounce back from the most life-threatening of circumstances.
