Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A Korean teen attempts to balance his troubled personal life with his raging hormones in Kim Ki-Duk protégé Cho Chang-ho's edgy and innovative tale of adolescent yearnings. Life as a teenager isn't easy, and when your mother is lying in a coma following a suicide attempt, your father has abandoned the family, and your swimming coach puts the weight of the world on your shoulders, sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed. Of course, not having a father to provide for the family means that finances aren't what they should be either, and as the medical bills pile up, sometimes it's better to just sit back, let the worries fade, and bask in one's fantasies about the beautiful woman who lives next door. Though a relationship with the lovely neighbor's daughter could provide a glimmer of joy in a life that seems to have spun out of control, it could also complicate things as her troubled past slowly comes into focus.
