The Perfect Neighbor stars Barbara Niven as Donna Germaine, a woman attempting to start her life over in a new location. However, her past as a femme fatale is impossible to outrun. She falls back on some old bad habits when she becomes obsessed with William (Perry King), a neighbor who is having marriage problems.
